37. Parenting Guide - Anne Geraldine Barnes

Anne Barnes is a parent coach for Moms focusing on elementary school aged kids' anxiety, tech addiction and emotional wellness.

Anne Barnes is also a trilingual (English, French, Spanish) registered social worker living in Canada working essentially with children, adolescents and their parents.  In an effort to find more effective ways of helping her young clients in their own healing, Anne's first undergraduate degree, Drama in Education informed her therapeutic work with children and adolescents, seeking  training in paediatric hypnosis, EFT and other mind body tools and approaches to harness their active imagination.  Anne is also Mom to two adult daughters.  

Her podcast “Raising Inner Warriors” is for Moms of elementary school age kids who struggle with anxiety.
